Refund Policy

Founding tiers (Charter and Founding Member): full refund within 14 days of purchase, without condition. Your seat returns to the cap. After 14 days, founding purchases are final; the caps are permanent, and reserved seats are counted against them.

Annual plans: pro-rata refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, the plan runs to the end of its year and does not renew if cancelled.

Monthly plans: cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid month. We do not refund partial months.

Donations: refundable within 14 days on request.

All requests to members@catastrophism.org. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
